"The woman who greeted us was very helpful and friendly, but that was the last good thing that happened. The room was absurdly small, maybe 12' x 12', and the ceilings slope almost to the floor! If you are over 4' 6" tall (125cm?) (I do not exaggerate) you will certainly suffer a painful bump on the head. Also, there is no AC: it was very uncomfortably hot and stuffy. "Das Hotel ist prima, ganz tolle, sehr geräumige Zimmer, alles sauber. Das Frühstück ist klasse, frische Zubereitung der Speisen, auch der Schwimm,-und Welnessbereich ist prima. Der einzige Kritikpunkt: Die Dame an der Rezeption vormittags war alles andere als zuvorkommend. Hier sollte dringend an Freundlichkeit gearbeitet werden. "Staff friendly and competent. OK breakfast. Diner was fine. We could not quite understand the high rating this hotel got. Forest themed, the decoration was sad, a bit outdated and worn. The mattresses were thin and not particularly comfortable. Our view of the forest was to a rain drenched copse strewn with beer cans and a tissue (I hope unused). Perfectly adequate, but overrated. "

"Sehr sauber und neuwertig ! Tolle Gaststätten direkt nebenan und lecker ! Es war sehr einfach Frühstück kurzfristig dazu zu buchen. Man kann rund um die Uhr einchecken da dies mit Sicherheitscode erfolgt. Auch bei nur 2 Übernachtungen wurde das Zimmer gereinigt/ Handtücher bei Bedarf gewechselt! Empfang war am Sonntag besetzt und sehr freundlich! Leider war das Bett bzw. die Matratze nichts für uns…. Das kann jedoch dem Hotel nicht angelastet werden, liegt ja immer im eigenen Anspruch.
