"This is an excellent VRBO. The apartment is on the ground floor. It is well stocked with everything one would need. The kitchen has a fancy coffee maker and plenty of plates and utensils. It even has a dishwasher. The bed is comfy. The apartment is outside the city center, but close to an s-bahn stop. The Cologne transit system is easy to navigate and quickly reach any spot in the city. We really enjoyed our stay."

"Stayed in the Juliet room. The place is okay. Penny grocery store just down the street was nice. But the kitchen is kinda gross and smelly. The bathroom is fairly clean. The bed is worn out from having a single person sleep on it so you both roll into the middle which sucks. Friendly host. It's passable but I wouldn't recommend to my friends. "

"Von der Buchung bis zur Abreise und auch noch danach hat alles wunderbar gepasst. Unsere Hündin hat sich ebenso sofort wohl gefühlt, wie wir. Die Ausstattung ist wie beschrieben und sehr liebevoll. Die Kommunikation ist unkompliziert und herzlich. Das persönliche Willkommen-heißen hat uns sehr gefreut. Wenn wir wieder einmal einen Aufenthalt in der Nähe planen, kommen wir sehr gerne wieder. "We had an amazing time staying at the water tower for two nights! Such a quaint quiet neighborhood. The location was great for us to venture to Belgium one day and up to Cologne on the second. So many details to list - fresh eggs from the chickens who live on the property, a stunning garden and the most pleasant hosts."

"We enjoyed our stay there. Was convenient to shops/restaurants and public transport. Clean and had everything we needed. Like other apartment locations, you can occasionally hear other residents opening/closing doors and talking, sometimes during the night, but we generally slept well - one of us on sofa and the other up in the loft. Internet was mostly reliable. Would stay there again.."

"My family and I took my father to Cologne for the weekend and stayed here. The owner communicated with us very well and we loved the location of the property. The only recommendations I would have is to have some sort of check-in/check-out sheet at the property with pertinent information on it. As well as map with areas to park your vehicle. Other than that our stay was great and would definitely book again. "
