"I have stayed in many 5 star hotel and this hotel is nothing less than a 5 star hotel. The staff is super nice. Although I booked the hotel for wrong night but the lady at the reception accommodated us. I can not be more thankful for her. If I go again to Heiligenblut, I will only stay in this hotel. Und Klaus weiß, welche Restaurants empfehlenswert sind, wenn man in der hübschen Küchenecke mal nicht selbst kochen möchte. Das Chalet bot Gemütlichkeit in Reinform und war sehr gepflegt. Die Natur ringsum war einfach imposant, bot tollen Ausblick, viel Ruhe und Entspannung, und jeden Tag neue Impressionen....
