In the house: WiFi, sun terrace, central heating system, washing machine. Motor access to the house. Parking at the house. Grocery 2.6 km, restaurant 1 km, indoor swimming pool 2.7 km. Walking paths from the house 10 m, gondola lift 2.8 km, skisport facilities 2.8 km, ski rental 2.8 km, ski school 2.8 km. Nearby attractions: Großglockner Hochalpenstrasse. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Heiligenblut. Hiking paths: Grossglockner, Nationalpark Hohe Tauern. Please note: car recommended. This house was exclusively built with ecologically materials by local workers.

Very beautiful panoramic view. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm.
