"The place was great and spacious. Lots of sunlight. Free underground parking. Small-to-Medium-sized bedrooms. Spacious bathroom and small but useful half bathroom. Nice small kitsch with excellent oven-microwave (used it to make frozen pizza). Bus stop right across from the building (all public transportation is free in Luxembourg)."

"BEWARE! The owner did not provide the details for the lockbox unless the cleaning fee was paid in advance (and asking for more than advertised). The property then changed to a different location entirely, as the one advertised was suddenly not available. All of the above happened after check in time had commenced. Needless to say I did not fall for this and neither should you!"

"We were late due to traffic and office was closed after 18.00 Appartment was open, but we had no key, so we needed to leave it open when we went away. Also there was just one packet bedsheets for 2 persons. Took alot time to arrange a second. "Four of us stayed at this property and liked the 2 floors and 3 bedrooms, which allowed everyone their own space. The space was clean and the check in was easy. We liked the location, within walking distance of restaurants, but also an easy walk into the city. We walked to all parts of the city several times. "Great location, nice loft, comfortable, great communication. Only negatives - might be good to somehow communicate prior to committing to the stay about the staircase up the apartment. It was a bit challenging for my 4 year old but we managed - for other families it might be really difficult. "

"Loved being in Grund with a 2 min. walk to an elevator to Ville-Haute. The property was spacious and clean. Some printed, tourist information in the apartment would be the cherry on top!"

"This establishment is so unorganized. I booked this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment for 3 nights. On the check-in day, I got a message from them saying it was not available due to water damage, which is understandable. They offered me another apartment that they claimed to be the same as the one I booked with no extra cost. From the link they sent me, the new apartment seems like a major downgrade from the previous one; only 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. I messaged them back to ask for better...

"The condo was at the bottom of a long hill, not good for seniors. The shower unit needs repairing - two substantial leeks. Upon arrival all towels were quite wet and rolled up at the end of the beds soaking wet. The pillows had barely any filling in them. Otherwise, clean and well stocked kitchen. "

"Friendly, family run hotel and lodges. Beautiful setting. Accommodation is basic but very good value. We went in early April when the weather was very cold, but the accommodation was very warm and comfortable. "

"Great apartment and friendly staff. Onsite pay parking. Groceries next door. No microwave, no oven, just a stove. Individual water supply for each apartment so not enough hot water for 5 adults in the large apartment. Not bath plug for the bath so showers only. Fixing the bath plug and adding a microwave would have made it a great experience."

Excellent for a trip to Luxembourg

"Excellent hotel for a few days in Luxembourg. A 5-10 min walk from the airport, the room was clean, beef comfortable and had tea and coffee with a kettle. Excellent shower, all very clean. Very warm. Buffet breakfast was €12.50 each (02/25) and excellent - hot bacon potatoes and scrambled egg. Continental meats, cheese & pickles. Huge croissoints and pastries etc. Fruit cereal & yogurt etc. The bar served very nice beer for around €8 for a large glass. Let us leave our bags for the day when we left. Busses are free and take about 20 mins to get to the city centre. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend."

"Exceptional property. Very thoughtful attention in the rooms including chocolates on the night stand every night. the housekeeping was also exceptional. Bottles of water was replaced every night. Excellent location. The concierge was very helpful for securing a reservation. Only slight quibble is that they said they were unable to drop us to the airport on Sunday when we were leaving, but their website their was complimentary drop-off to the airport. Overall, this was truly an exceptional hotel where attention is given to guests needs from the staff members and management. It was a perfect hotel to end my trip in Europe and I would certainly rebook this hotel should I visit Luxembourg."
