"Great hotel, good pool amd friendly staff"

"Great location. Can Uber anywhere around town for next to nothing. Staff were always happy and friendly. Our toilet seat was broken and no lock on the bathroom door, but we had a family room and didn’t bother saying anything about it. Although I should have told them bout the toilet seat cos now I feel bad for the next lot of ppl that payed for that room. Will definitely make this hotel my first option when going back to Melbourne, can’t beat the price. "

"At check in i asked the very helpful,friendly efficienct lady if a i could have a room next to my mate. No problem she also upgaded my room and early check in at no extra cost. With this service,location and a good price my son and i will be back when staying in Melbourne.
