The staff is friendly, professional, and fluent in English and German. The restaurant offers terrific regional cuisine in a traditional Rhein-Neckar setting, and the hotel room are suite-size and very comfortable."

"It was a perfect location for us to explore Christmas market. We took a bus from the nearest station and the bus stop was happened to be almost right in front of the hotel. That was a nice surprise after a long international flight. The check in was a breeze and the front staff was very nice and we were able to checkin and get into our room before 3 as the room was already clean. The checkout went smoothly. We had a different staff and she was also so friendly. We didn’t choose breakfast option this time as we had another plan so I cannot comment on that. All in all, a fantastic stay!!! "
