"What a treat to stay here after a two day trek from Kalaw to Inle Lake. The hotel is on the outskirts of the main part of town but it was truly a mini oasis once you entered the grounds. The staff could not have been more helpful or accommodating. This was one of the few places in Myanmar that had a set breakfast instead of a buffet but this was one of the most beautiful breakfast setups during my travels! I can't recommend this hotel enough. If you come to Nyaungshwe, do yourself a favor...

"I liked the friendly staff, especially since we had to do ankate check in, very accommodating. However.. we asked to switch our bungalow room, due to a foul sewer-like smell emanating from the shower area, and we were told quickly and not politely (by the owner, not the staff) that it was not possible because there are many guests that come and go. Reluctantly, we were given a different room, which was clean. "

"The rooftop breakfast was very good, eggs cooked to order. Room 401 had a balcony and big windows to let the light in. Really nice bathroom with heated floor in front of the sink. Very good value for money - the best value we have had in 3 weeks in Myanmar. Easy walk to boat hiring people on the canal."

"This hotel was great value for money. The family who runs it are super lovely, the breakfast was fantastic and the room had the best view. Its such a good choice.
