"Lovely hotel in the old town area. My room was really spacious and was spotlessly clean and the price included a good buffet breakfast. Everywhere I wanted to see was within walking distance and if I was in the area again I would stay here again"

There is NO Internet available in your room (I was here 3 month ago and had the same problem- the excuse is the renovation of the hotel) - 4 days I was told: MAYBE TOMORROW- only lies! The safe was broken, only ONE little towel in the bathroom - the television only worked in some few channels (no main channels) - the balcony door didn’t close. When I complained and asked for a discount I was told to contact Expedia, because they don’t get paid after my Stay. This was the most frustrating stay and I will never recommend this Steigenberger Hotel in Bad Pyrmont to anybody. I am staying most of the time in different Steigenberger Hotels during my business travels and was always happy and content- but these 2 last trips in Bad Pyrmont were miserable!"

"Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Hameln. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön mit eigenem Flair. Die Terrasse ist schön, könnte aber etwas sauberer sein. Schadet dem tollen Ambiente. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Der Weserradweg ist in unmittelbarer Nähe, tolle gepflegte Wege und einige Möglichkeiten zur Einkehr. Essen in Hameln und Umgebung teilweise sehr gut. Wir kommen gerne wieder."

"X1 night at Hameln, hotel good location for getting into beautiful old town, not so good food at Ambrosia. Missed the Pied piper museum as arrived to late and not open to couples on Mondays but enjoyed the stay"

"This hotel has so much potential unfortunately it wasn’t to the normal standard that a three star German hotel is. The restaurant was open from 6 pm till 8 pm for dinner if you arrive at 7:45 pm it’s too late and that is ridiculous as for breakfasts The cheeses and hams and eggs weren’t replenished so choice was greatly limited. The decor when you get into the hotel is like stepping back into the 1980s or early 90s where you imagine men wearing jackets with the sleeves rolled up it was quite an eye-opener, hence saying , that this hotel has so much potential. I can’t complain about the cleanliness and the room had suitable shower and a comfortable bed and luckily a couple of English television channels but no tea or coffee making Facilities in the room which was very disappointing."
