TRACING OUR ROUTES
The setting of the house is so peaceful. The house is lovely. It was equipped with everything we could have ever needed. It is very clean and comfortable. Just a few miles into Heflin, where there are grocery stores and more. I highly recommend staying there. You will not regret it.

Zero issues, just relax and enjoy. My buddy and I were day hiking a couple sections the Pinhoti Trail out of this cabin. Could have had another person in the loft, making this more of a three bedroom.

Isolation and Splendor
Turning off the main road on to an unassuming gravel road it would be easy to think you had taken a wrong turn but you would be wrong. This small cabin in the woods is perfectly situated for isolation and a chance to get away from the world without actually leaving. The cabin is comfortable and perfect for the chance to unwind. That being said, the place still has all the comforts of home and makes for a great stay. The host have set up a great situation and made it very easy for us to check in and out. The local area is great to explore and we took advantage of it going deep into the national forrest during each day's stay knowing that we had the perfect place to return to and leave the hustle and bustle of the world behind.

We only got to stay for 2 nights but we were very pleased with the home. We came to the area to do some hiking so we didnt get to spend a whole lot of time at the cabin, but it had everything we needed for our short stay. My kids enjoyed sleeping upstairs in the loft (although the sun shines in early, and no curtains means earlier wake ups 🤣). We did get locked out- we are habitual door lockers and locked the deadbolt to the door with the keypad. I called the owner whose Aunt showed up with a key. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your home!

It’sa family Reunion
We really enjoyed the property. I can say it was a little scary driving up the driveway at night but because we had an idea of what it looked like during the day, that helped a lot. The property was beautiful and the manager was great with getting back promptly. It truly felt like we were in a whole new world staying at the property. I would recommend it to anyone.

What a great getaway. If you’re looking for peace and quiet surrounded by nature, this is the place. So relaxing. Owners were very helpful. Asked where we could get firewood since a cold front was coming. Literally 30 minutes later a full load was delivered. Cabin was very clean and well stocked. Tucked away from the noises of a town or city. Never heard one car the entire time we stayed. I’d recommend to anyone looking to get away from it all.
