Welcome to your fully equipped, cozy cottage 150m², with all the comforts of home. Enjoy the charming atmosphere with 3 bunk beds in one bedroom and 2 single beds in a second bedroom, perfect for up to 5 adults or 8 people including children. The large bathroom boasts a delightful shower/bath combination and a second bathroom with a refreshing shower and an extra toilet.

The living area is brimming with fun, featuring café games like table football, darts, and an arcade computer with 2100 games! Additionally, there are traditional wooden games, board games, and plenty of games for the little ones. The cozy seating area invites you to relax with a comfortable lounge, a TV equipped with Netflix and digital TV. Plus, there's an extra TV in bedroom 1. The large kitchen will surely delight you.

Under the covered terrace, you'll find a BBQ and a pizza oven, ready for culinary adventures, as well as a dartboard and a nail-driving block for extra fun. Adjacent is a play terrace with a sandbox and a renewed playground. The children will be entertained by the many new go-karts, balance bikes, and scooters. Don't forget to visit the animal meadow with pigs, alpacas, chickens, and rabbits. The children can even help feed the animals between 9 and half-past 9. And for ultimate relaxation, there is a sauna.
Welcome to the Smishoeve, where you can enjoy four charming holiday cottages and a cozy camping pod. In total, we can accommodate about 22 guests, perfect if you are coming with more than 8 people and want to book additional cottages. Each cottage has its own private entrance, parking, terrace/garden. Contact with other guests is not required but is possible, which can be great for children to play together. I also live on the farm and let everyone do their own thing, but I am ready to help where needed
