We brought along all we needed for Thanksgiving Dinner and the kitchen was so well equipped that we actually could have roasted our turkey there but we had that done at home. "If you are looking for a secluded spot, this is the place. We enjoyed going for walks and kayaking around the island. The kitchen is spacious so we did a fair bit of cooking, although it’s a short drive into town to go out to dinner if that’s what you prefer. The only drawback is that the downstairs bedroom was a bit loud because of pumps turning on and off at night, but if you’re a sound sleeper that shouldn’t be a problem. "
