We paid extra for a room with a kitchenette which was convenient for keeping our breakfast things, making coffee and keeping our beers cold. "This is a no frills place to stay. That said, the staff are lovely, breakfast is nice and very good value. Our room smelt heavily of cigarettes, so we had to have the balcony doors open all night to clear it. The shower head in the bathroom was broken so it sprayed water at the ceiling and there were dead flies. That said it was functional and ok for what it is. Wouldn’t stop me going there again as a stop over."

"Nous sommes venus en couple avec 1 bébé d’un an. Le lit parapluie et la chaise haute nous ont été mis à disposition. Les chalets sont très confortables et la décoration soignée, on s’y sent vraiment bien ! La cuisine et la salle de bain sont comme neuves et tres fonctionnelles. On ne manque de rien. "We paid for a balcony room and werent given this. our neighbors were noisy teenagers who played music and partied until 4 am (when you are on a ski trip you want to rest for the next day) but this was impossible. I called the reception multiple times but they did not help me warning our neighbors about the noise because they were very “busy”. It was very annoying and frustrating. "

We paid extra for a room with a kitchenette which was convenient for keeping our breakfast things, making coffee and keeping our beers cold. There is a grocery store on the same road as the hotel, on the way to the old city. There is also free parking in a lot 2 blocks behind the hotel. It backs onto the castle grounds.
