Comfy and convenient
We had such a great time staying here! House is beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. It truly felt like a home away from home. We enjoyed peaceful morning sunrises with coffee on the porch and spectacular sunsets in the evenings. Thank you for a great stay and we hope to be back this winter.

We stayed here for 2 weeks with our children (10 and 8) beginning end of July. The location is great but the house has problems that must be addressed. The AC went out and it took the management company 3 days to fix the issue. This left the master bedroom/ living area uninhabitable as the inside temperature was in the mid to upper 80s (we did not ask but no accommodation on the cost of stay was offered). One of the ceiling light/ fan units does not work in the downstairs area. The most troubling issue was that on two separate occasions a man pulled into the driveway and began taking pictures of the outside of the property while our children were playing. When confronted the man stated that he was "taking pictures at the request of the property owners" and no explanation was ever given despite multiple requests that the property owner provide an explanation. The location is great and has access to multiple wonderful summer family activities.

Not much to say ... This is a great house but this was more about the management company. I first asked to check in an hour early, they said no since they need cleaners there. However, when first getting to the house, the wrong door code was given and we couldn't get. Second, the house was not cleaned and cleaners needed to come to the house. Overall, the house is wonderful and spacious, just disappointed in the management company for not communicating or having the house cleaned.

Great weekend getaway
Beautiful condo, well decorated and clean. Had everything we needed. We did have an issue with the front door lock and ended up being locked out for a bit, but management was very easy to get in touch with and they came right out and fixed the issue. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

This property is wonderful. Absolutely gorgeous inside. Very new. Has everything you need and expect. Definitely exceeded our expectations. Easy drive to the slopes and Main Street. Close to Heber city to stock up on groceries. We even had groceries delivered. We would definitely stay here again.

This is one of the nicest properties we have stayed in over 14 years!!! The property is IMMACULATE!! The owners have gone to great lengths to make this property fantastic. The property was very clean. The kitchen was SUPER stocked. There was even a boot dryer in the garage. The managers were very responsive. The only consideration was that the property is some distance from Deer Valley and Park City. It was about a 35 minute drive to the resorts.

We met our 2 college aged kids and an almost fiancé along with younger daughter making a total of 6 people. Accommodation was perfect. Amenities excellent. We loved this house. The only hiccup we had was a wrong code to get in-but management quickly solved that and there was no toilet paper/hand soap in 2 bathrooms-but we grabbed some at the store so no big deal. Later we found more toilet paper so again no big deal. I would absolutely recommend this place. Loved the fireplace and the kitchen had everything we needed to present a lovely Thanksgiving dinner away from home. Thank you!!!!!

New town house
Brand new place that was fully stocked with plenty of everything from blankets to kitchen appliances and gadgets. Every kind of coffee machine and makers. Washers and dryers on each level. TV’s were great and in all bedrooms and living areas. But no local channels and most of the offerings were not available great location for going to Park City and Provo.
