For your convenience there is a cupboard with paper plates and cups and utensils. ( grandma didn't like doing dishes anymore than you do. ; )
Bunk beds feature kids Coleman lanterns for a memorable night or if they need to get up during the night.
Living room features a 55" Samsung smart tv to watch your Netflix, prime or Hulu movies. We also have fun DVDs.
Covered back patio has a gas bbq and seating for everyone. Enjoy the stream & local deer that reside here year-round.
Property manager is on site in an accessory apartment in the upstairs of the home. It is a seperate entrance in the rear of the home.

The home is situated on a generous third acre with a fenced area for your fur baby. The back patio is ideal for family BBQ's year round or just relaxing privately.

This unique home is close to Main Street which features a movie theatre, a bowling alley, sports bar, restaurants, grocery stores and anything you need. In the summer it is walking distance to the weekly farmers market and music festival.

The heber creeper train, the homestead crater, soldier hollow, hiking trails, biking trails, Deer Creek and Jordanelle reservoirs for boating, kayaking, paddle board and fishing activities.
