Cheery Waterfront Cottage w/Boat Dock

Cute cottage on the water where the Great Wicomico River and Chesapeake Bay come together. High tide and low tide varies the water depth. A dock for fishing and boating ease. A sandy beach for the kids to play and the adults to sun themselves. Quiet tree-lined street to ride your bicycle. Two kayaks are available and enjoy an early morning or late afternoon kayak paddle to see the wildlife or enjoy a brisk pace workout.
Cottage is two bedroom and one bathroom. Main bedroom has queen bed and faces the water. The second bedroom has twin bed with child's trundle. The larger living room faces the water and has a sofa sleeper for extra space.

Nearby: Kilmarnock is 7 miles away with no stop lights. Grocery stores, restaurants and shopping.
Reedville is 20 minute drive by car or 5 minute boat ride.

Wonderful waterfront weekend!
We loved our stay at this charming cottage. Spent most of our weekend on the back deck looking out over the water and relaxing. Having access to kayaks was great, and the fact that there is a little beach makes launching (and swimming) easy. Kitchen had all the cooking implements we needed, and the bed was very comfortable. Communication was easy and cheerful. Looking forward to staying again!

Cozy Cabin on the Bay
If you are looking to get away from the busy life, then look no further. We found it to be a good fit for our family of three. Kitchen was well stocked with all the necessary utensils, pots, and pans. Good communication with the owner/manager.

Nice Little Cottage
This was a wonderful little cottage to stay in with my husband for a few days. It's an older place with modern updates. There is an adequate supply of various cookware and it was nice to have use of a washer and dryer. The hardwood floors throughout are gorgeous. The place is small but feels spacious and there's plenty of windows for natural light to come through. The cottage has a nice view of the water with private, easy access. If you wanted to, you have plenty of shoreline to walk out into the water and take a swim. There were some jellyfish; however, they were few and far between. We were able to fish off the dock and caught quite a few fish with live bait. We even enjoyed some night fishing under the stars, even though we didn't catch anything. I took the kayak out and enjoyed my time on the calm open waters. I would definitely stay there again in the future.

Cozy Cottage with beautiful views!
We had a lovely stay over Thanksgiving while visiting family in the area. The cottage came equipped with everything we needed. The location was so quiet and relaxing - beautiful water views where we could watch sunrise AND sunset ! A prefect retreat ! Very clean and comfortable - host gave very easy instructions for a worry free stay. We wil be back !

Very nice cottage!
We had a very nice time at this cottage steps from the Great wicomico river! Kids enjoyed playing on the beach and fishing off the pier. Neighborhood is extremely nice and low key.
