"Loved staying here! The kids had their own hang out space in the 2nd downstairs living area, this was absolute gold! Felt like we actually got to relax, with a beauitiful view from the very spacious balcony upstairs. Cooking was easy as everything available in kitchen. Beds were comfy and linen was great. Right next to park, pump track and basketball court. Short drive to walks and bike rides. Close enough to Phillip Island or Inverloch etc. Beach really close. All round winner. Will definitely be staying here again. Also Host Simon allowed a later checkout! Thanks Simon! "

"The Farm is a wonderful B&B located near Pakenham. Everything is styled beautifully and there is plenty of space to move around. Charlie & Dinah really make this a homely experience, with plenty of food and welcome touches, they really have thought of everything. The Farm has a private outdoor bath, bbq, and dining area along with full size laundry and bathroom. There are games available for the kids, pool table and televisions. Everything you need for a relaxing peaceful getaway is here at The Farm. Highly Recommend, would stay again!"
