This immaculate property is just blocks from the shops, restaurants, and tasting rooms of downtown Healdsburg. A short 10-minute walk brings you to the historic Healdsburg Plaza. Inside, the open floor plan flows seamlessly to a spacious, private wraparound porch and a large patio perfect for entertaining—all framed by vineyard views that defy description. Mature trees and lush landscaping provide shade and serenity, offering the perfect soundtrack of rustling leaves.

Interior highlights include soaring 10-foot ceilings, premium millwork, new appliances, and custom countertops. The home offers two spacious king bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, ensuring a restful and private stay in Wine Country. A fold-out couch in the office provides additional sleeping space.

This quiet retreat features a desk and chair, along with an armoire housing linens for the full-size sleeper sofa.

KITCHEN & DINING
A modern chef’s kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, polished countertops, a gas range, and a wide array of cookware and gadgets.
Meals can be enjoyed at the breakfast bar or the expandable dining table (extra chairs and a leaf insert included).

BED & BATH
The primary suite features a king bed, soaring ceilings, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and double vanity.

The guest suite includes another plush king bed and an elegant en-suite with dual vanities and a glass-enclosed shower.

An additional full bathroom is located near the living area and office, along with a convenient half bath.

GUEST AMENITIES
Bathroom Toiletries: Shampoo, conditioner, lotion, bar soap, toothpaste, toothbrush, cotton balls, and swabs. Extra toilet paper can be found in the vanity drawers and laundry room.
Bathrobes: Available in the bedroom closets.
Laundry Room: Stocked with extra towels, linens, paper towels, and toilet paper, plus a first aid kit, sewing kit, and cleaning supplies as needed.

Coffee amenities: Drip coffee maker, French press, and bean grinder are available for guest use (coffee not supplied).
