Spend an easy afternoon lounging poolside or relaxing in the hot tub. Then enjoy an evening gathered around the firepit telling stories under the stars or drive to downtown Healdsburg for dinner at one of the many fun and fabulous eateries.

LIVING AREA

The inviting living room is replete with modern art. Relax on the ample seating and watch a film on the 54in smart TV or enjoy a game night around the coffee table.

Sit by the wood-burning fireplace and help yourself to the books and games on the shelves in the library. The sofa in the library opens to reveal a queen bed for extra guests.

KITCHEN & DINING

The chef in your group will appreciate the gourmet kitchen with Sub-Zero and Viking appliances, a six-burner chef's range, wine fridge, wet bar, and a 30in TV. Expansive counters, ample cookware, and two dishwashers make cooking and clean-up a breeze. Encompassed by windows, the dinner table seats 10.

The separate guest suite offers a kitchenette with a double sink, mini-fridge, and a microwave.

BED & BATH

Find quiet privacy in the primary bedroom, detailed with a king bed, 31in TV, and two closets. The second bedroom provides a comfy queen bed and two large closets. The main house includes two full bathrooms. The first offers a shower/tub combination, while the second has a walk-in shower.

Unwind in the guest suite on the king bed and watch a favorite show on the 36in TV or enjoy backyard views from the sitting area. Refresh in the bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest suite also offers an outdoor shower.

A resort-style oasis awaits in the backyard, where luxury amenities include a seasonal pool, hot tub, firepit, grill, and a spacious deck with ample seating.

Beautiful and peaceful
Great layout. Outstanding kitchen, and unlike many a rental home, well stocked with sharp knives, solid pots and pans and proper equipment to make a serious meal. Beds were comfy, and the rooms were quiet.

Healdsburg getaway
We absolutely loved everything about the property! Beautiful architecture, great layout, clean, gorgeous setting, quiet, easy to find. The only thing they need to work on is a rodent problem (only outside) especially near the back house. We could see and hear them crawling in the bushes and it kept setting off the light motion detector throughout the night. Other than that everything was perfect!

We enjoyed our stay thoroughly. Everything worked beautifully. We LOVED the pool and hot tub - perfect temperature, and a beautiful setting. There is a horse farm across the street and my children ended up having a riding lesson there, which was a huge benefit. The house is in an excellent location - just minutes from town. Very special! The only thing that felt not perfect was the kitchen - it felt a bit worn and grimey. Other than that, it was truly terrific. Thank you for a great stay!

Beautiful Home
The property was well maintained. The pool was amazing and the cover helps keep the temp perfect! The kitchen was outfitted for all your cooking needs! There are ample wine glasses. The bedding was comfortable. The AC works very well! The garden and views are stunning! Really enjoyed the home and will be back!

The house was well stocked and super spacious. It’s in an ideal location for all of our meals and wine tastings. Perfect for our small group getaway. Only downside was some of the back bedrooms got super warm at night, but not a big deal.

Absolutely Amazing!!
This was just a beautiful property. We loved the location which is minutes from downtown Heildsburg. Every morning the hot air balloons would float on by above the fall colors of the vineyards that are directly behind the backyard. The house has old bones but all remodeled. We appreciated the large dinning room table that looked out to the pool, backyard and vineyard. The home was equipped with everything which was wonderful. We even had a small issue with the stove and maintenance came within 1/2 hr to help us learn how to use the ovens. I would highly recommend this home. Thank you!

Great Healdsburg Vacation Home!
The house was perfect for our girls trip. The backyard with pool and hot tub was perfect for our evenings at the house. The kitchen is great and well equipped. The location is great, close to Downtown Healdsburg but lots of privacy and space.

55th Wedding Anniversary with Family
This house fit us perfectly and the pool house cottage was a real plus. It had everything we needed and the location couldn’t have been better; close to town, private and a wonderful pool and spa. Would recommend as a great getaway. Work in the vineyard at night was the only drawback, and not the house’s fault. So maybe 4.5 stars.

Beautiful property
This is a lovely place to stay - kitchen stocked well as are all rooms and clean. A minor recommendation would be 1. the one coffee pot had no lid, so could make coffee w/out manually holding top (Maybe adding a second pot so two types could be made). A major recommendation would be a better or any system for point of contact - was on system hold for 45 mins before giving up and no response when my husband texted our questions except a system response stateing “this is very odd, but we cannot find your number in our system and I am a robot- so please call this number”, which was the exact same number I was on robot hold hold for 45 mins. Never spoke with anyone let alone get the answers to my question. Extremely frustrated. All that to say for the home and area, I would definitely recommend and stay again- just get an actual point of contact person/number. :)

Perfect wine country weekend
Gorgeous home and cottage out back allows for 3 couples to stay comfortably, modern decor, very nice. Inside the house, the two bedrooms share a bathroom but there is an extra bathroom off of the dining area. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking with everything you need and in good condition. The grounds are spectacular with garden area, pool and vineyard views. Very quiet yet super close to downtown Healdsburg and wine tasting tours. Would highly recommend.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unfortunately we were here during the four days it rained nonstop so I cannot speak to anything outdoors. The main house is nice but the bedrooms are not en-suite. One room will have a bathroom across the hall and the other room will need to use the bathroom at the other end of the house by the dining room. This is an awkward arrangement depending on who you are traveling with. There is no TV in the second bedroom. The guest house includes a kitchenette and bathroom that are not as updated as the main house.

Beautiful home near Healdsburg Square
This beautifully renovated 3-bdrm home has lots of amenities (pool, hot tub), a view of the vineyards and is striking distance to the Healdsburg Square. A perfect pad for a girls or couples weekend of wine tasting, dining, shopping and more. Very comfortable, with high end finishes. You won't be disappointed!

Great pool but big disappointments
I’ll start out by saying the positives—the pool was spectacular and at first we were concerned the fact that it wasn’t heated would make it super chilly but actually the water temp was perfect. The kitchen and dining area were great and beautiful spaces to gather. Ok now the problems—the house layout is very awkward —we didn’t seven use two of the sitting rooms and the 2nd full bathroom was in the dining room bext to the dining table —and it had kind of a cold feeling instead of cozy and inviting. The thing that really bummed us out was two things —one was that we were told as we pulled up to property that there was a yellow jacket nest but the pool area and they roped it off—and that they couldn’t get an pest person til last morning we were there. I understand and did appreciate the communication but my husband did end up get stung. The worst thing that happened was on our only full day at house (check in at 4pm and you have to leave property by 10am next day—and you are paying ALOT!) that we were woken up at 7am to the sounds of blowers and lawn mowers by the landscaping crew—we all just huddled inside for two hours in our pjs wishing it was as quiet and serene as they promised. We all just wanted to lounge outside and enjoy coffee but felt uncomfortable to go outside until they left—also they were spraying something by pool and we have young kids that were playing so we were concerned about that. When I called the Turnkey service number I got some automated thing that said they were sorry and that someone would return my call by 6pm. They never did. So we definitely won’t be staying there again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the house. It was luxurious, had great views and we loved all the amenities. The house was clean and well-maintained. However, there were a couple things that could improve. We felt like the outdoor lighting was not enough and felt nervous walking from the main house to the pool house at night. Additionally, there was not a safe in the pool house, which would have been great for my friends staying out there from the main house. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely recommend the property to friends and family!

Nice Property in Healdsburg
This is a very nice piece of property just south of town. The pool, deck and surrounds are well shaded, which made for nice afternoons with vineyard views. Depending on the time of year, it looks like there are always some ripe fruit to pick (citrus, stone fruit, apples, etc...) along with a very nice rose garden. The house is well kept, though the a/c and wifi are a little uneven (both stronger in the bedrooms, which is probably better, anyway). The kitchen is fine, with two small dishwashers (rather than one regular size), no pull out faucet on the (small-ish) kitchen sink, but well stocked with all the cooking essentials (pots, pans, utensils, etc...). There is also a closet full of pool towels, soap and shampoo, which is very helpful. The only thing missing are hooks. Very few places to hang wet towels (inside) if the house is full and people are using the pool.
