"The room was comfortable however, our room was not ready for check-in at 3 PM and we were not able to get into our room until close to 7 PM. The staff did not keep us updated and told us they had no idea when our room would be ready. The property itself feels dated and has a dirty feeling to it. The staff were not overly friendly or entirely helpful when it came to check in or finding our rooms or getting dinner. We will likely not stay again at the resort as a result of our experience."

"Booked this for a short weekend getaway. The place was filled with everything we needed and very comfortable and clean. It's perfectly located in a super quiet, small neighborhood adjacent to Nemacolin. We opted out of the resort restaurants and tried local places instead. "Property was as listed. Great restaurants located on the property. Convenient location(driving distance) to get to Wisp resort or hiking trails. The walls were pretty thin, I could hear the conversation next door while trying to sleep one night. Upon arrival to the property we just noticed hair on the couch and remotes when we got there. Overall great place for cozy weekend."

"It was cute place! Was small! It was clean! The WiFi kept going in an out! The only thing I didn’t like! You don’t have service there my phone kept going to sos mode! Other than that it was good place good time! Hot tub was a plus! If your thinking about it go for it "

"Three bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths was perfect for a three sisters getaway! Kitchen, which was very well stocked, met all our needs. The hot tub was superb after hiking. Due to an unusually cool August week we made use of the gas fireplace in the evenings. The main level half bath was convenient. "
