"Spent 2 nights here visiting the National Park De Biesbosch. We had amazing October weather and loved walking around the wetlands - so peaceful and lots of wildlife. The hotel was quiet as out of season but the buffet breakfast was good and the set evening meal was lovely. The restaurant is closed during the week but there is a set evening menu for the guests. The staff were lovely and the hotel was spotlessly clean. The rooms are a little dated but very spacious with 2 armchairs and the beds...

"We had a wonderful stay. The hosts (cat included) were very kind, welcoming, and helpful. The lodging was as advertised, and included dishes, cookware, glasses, a refrigerator, and some useful countertop appliances. There were outlets galore, including a USB Type A and Type C hub on the nightstand of the bed. It was perfectly clean when we checked in, like a high quality hotel. "Geschirrspüler funktionierte nicht. Vermieter kümmerte sich sofort. Spüler wurde während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht repariert. Da auf ein anderes Heizsystem (Wärmepumpe) umgestellt wurde, war das Badezimmer sehr kalt. Wir würden trotzdem wieder buchen, denn es ist eine tolle Unterkunft mit einem super netten Vermieter und gut gelegen."
