"Where to start with this "hotel" the staff were pleasant enough. The pool is just a accident waiting to happen. Apart from wing nuts screwed into the side of the pool and a light hanging out of it's fitting there was the water pump that sucked my hand into it,as the cover was missing. I will be putting in a complaint with Expedia over this,Not a great experience overall. The room was nice just a little worn. I did get a good night's sleep though as the bed was big and cosy. "

"Jerome was really welcoming and helped us with every need. Our daughter has Coeliac Disease and a gluten free breakfast was provided. The room was amazingly clean and very spacious as was the bathroom. You do not know what is inside by the liok of the exterior, but it was great. A lovely one night stop over, highly recommend."

"Firstly this b&b is most certainly NOT in a rural location as described by Expedia and is definitely NOT multilingual. Just the one member of ‘staff’. The b&b is in the city centre and surrounded by buildings. The only parking is on street - if your lucky. The place does not have its own ‘free parking’ at all. We arrived at b&b at 20.00 after booking our room at 13.30 on the same day to find no one there. Proprietor eventually appeared from property next door as we phoned him and he had no idea...

"Very nice hotel, unique old building converted into accommodation. The owners were very welcoming. We asked for a meal in advance and they had one prepared for our arrival and the fire lit in the lounge"

"A repeat stay here in this lovely old house. A very peaceful stop-over. Our arrival time kept changing due to delays in our ferry crossing but the host was very accommodating and waited up for us."

"I chose to stay here after reading the reviews and can only say that there is not a fake one amongst them. The facilities are in excellent condition, very clean and contain all the equipment that you are likely to need. The food is also excellent and I shall be back for another visit when I'm next over. "We got a nice upgrade, and thanks very much for that. However, the reception forgot to email the check-in instruction for late night check-in, hence we got into a hassle with the security guy. But he was finally helpful in getting us inside."
