Small Town Charmer - Rent Entire Home

The Small Town Charmer is a lovely cottage style home located in a well established neighborhood in downtown Hazard. It's perfect for guests coming into town for work, family gatherings or a weekend away. The house sleeps up to 7 people and pets are welcome too! The large driveway will park up to six cars and the neighborhood is very calm and quiet. I'm a great host who's always on duty and I’d love to share my beautiful home with you! Updates Make It Even Nicer
Since our last stay, there is a new couch and new television in the living room. The updated pillows and throw blankets make it feel even cozier as the weather turns colder. Beautiful fall colors on the drive in and out as well.

Family Trip
Stayed here during our family reunion weekend with our adult children and had a wonderful time. The house was exactly as pictured and was clean. It was nice to have a whole house to stay in rather than hotel rooms. This provided us time to play games and enjoy each other's company. We will definitely stay here again!

Super cute house. We instantly felt like we were at home.
We love this house. It was very comfortable and had all of the essentials we needed to make our stay a relaxing and comfortable home away from home. I highly recommend this rental. Great communication from the owner. Easy access to the highways but it was quiet at the house. The screened porch allowed us to enjoy the warm weather despite the unusual storms that hit during our stay. We hope to stay here again the next time we come to visit family.
