Welcome to what might just be the perfect vacation home! This amazing home sits on one of the nicest beaches in Northern Wisconsin on beautiful Round Lake. With 4 bedrooms and 2 baths this cedar style and stone accented home is extremely private and offers beautiful views of Richardsons Bay. This custom crafted home features a large kitchen and 2 master suites one of which boasts a stone fireplace perfect for creating the cozy north woods feel. Other amenities include sugar sand beach, large dining and seating area, lakeside fire pit, zero entry for easy access to the home and beach, huge stone fireplace and much more!

Breezy Bay Beach sits on a perfectly level sugar sand beach (Think Cabo of the Northwoods!), the sugar sand beach is just a few steps out the large sliding front doors. Guests enjoy not only the perfect beach but the perfect location with both restaurants on the lake located within a few minutes drive, boat or swim! A scenic lake-side fire pit area with enough seating for the whole family plus friends provides a great place for adults to enjoy while the kids can enjoy the swimming area. Due to the level beach it’s easy to keep track of everyone including the kids!

Breezy Bay Beach comes with everything you need to relax and enjoy a peaceful vacation. You'll have everything you need to sit back and relax, you won't want to leave!

The layout of Breezy Bay Beach is great for large groups or big families with the main level great room that brings together a stone fireplace, kitchen, dining room and all conveniently located on one level. The layout of the home allowas everyone to stay connected while simultaneously giving you just enough space to yourself so that you can relax! The interior is decorated with log furniture and up-north rustic decor. The exterior of the home is perfectly landscaped with a patio that goes all the way around the front to provide even more space for friends and family to gather and make memories at Breezy Bay Beach.

LOCATED ON ROUND LAKE: Round Lake is one of the Hayward area's premier lakes. It offers over 3000 acres of clear water reaching a depth of 75 feet where bluegill, trout, bass, and walleye can be found aplenty. The lake has a Marina on it as well as several restaurants you can boat to. The lakefront area is flat. Unlike a lot of homes on the lake, there aren't flights of stairs to access the beach and dock. The dock and firepit area allow you to soak in the rays while the kids build sandcastles or swim at the beach.

Evenings are almost completely silent, filled with serene sunset views and only interrupted by the frog & loon calls, whip-or-wills and the occasional sounds of fish jumping, muskrats swimming by, or other wildlife.

Breezy Bay Beach is located 10 minutes from the Historic Main Street of Hayward, WI and 5 minutes to the casino.

For winter rentals, the Hayward area has many groomed cross-country ski trails and hundreds of miles of groomed snowmobile trails with direct access to the snowmobile trails from home so you don't have to trailer your sleds.

Brezzy bay get away
There may not be a better multi family or friend property on round lake or the Hayward area. This home is clean, cute and comfortable. The kids enjoyed recreation toys and an open yard. Parents enjoyed the open space layout bonfire and other comforts. Families were able to pick. Side of the cabin to have a little down time. This place is amazing and we’ll be booking again!

Stayed in the early winter. Excellent cross country skiing, snowshoeing and snowmobiling trails. Lake access should support summer activities in addition to land based fun. Nice single floor vacation home with 4 bedrooms and two baths. Clean, modern and well cared for.

Could not have been better. House is perfect for 2 families. Kids loved swimming on the beach and jumping off the dock. Had some success fishing off the dock. Richardson bay was great for tubing and skiing. Powells and The Dock restaurants both very close and can boat up to. Round lake is a special place and this property had it all for a great vacation! Ty was great and had great communication. Would love to come back someday!

Perfect for all ages!
We had a great week at Breezy Bay Beach. The house is beautifully furnished and well stocked. We really enjoyed having the kayaks and paddle board available to use. The level back yard was especially nice for those of us with bad knees and older family members as it was easy to get to the pier to go fishing or take a boat ride. The shallow sandy shore area was perfect for kids to play in. Ty reached out to make sure we had an easy check in and again after we arrived to make sure we had everything we needed which was greatly appreciated. We had a great time and hope to return soon!

Wonderful Experience!
We loved our stay at this lake house! The home was absolutely beautiful and comfortable. Lovely decorations and the view of the lake was picture perfect. We were here visiting family and were even able to have a bonfire by the lake. What a blessing! We were impressed with our interactions with the owner, Ty. He answered quickly and happily anytime we had a question. At one point, he came out within minutes when we had a problem operating the gas fireplace. And he was very gracious. We would gladly stay here again and hope to do so!

Ty was easy to communicate with and always prompt with his response. One level living with multiple baths was ideal. Wonderful lake views from main living area along with level lake lot made it easy for kids and adults. The dock and beach were perfect as well as outside sitting area. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Another perfect week
This is our 2nd time renting at Breezy Bay. I cant say enough about how great of a trip and rental it is. Ty is incredibly communicative and accommodating. Cabin was immaculate and had all amenities we needed. The frontage is perfect. We had a blast swimming, boating, fishing, camp fires. Amazing espresso machine for morning coffee and sunrises. Overall everything we could ask for in a vacation on Round Lake!

Beautiful getaway!
This well-maintained property was comfortable & fun for all. The flat yard, close dock, & location to town were convenient. The kids could play ball or feed ducks on the sandy shore all while in view from cabin. The cabin's open concept made it easy for all 9 of us to spend time together. Well-stocked kitchen (no regular coffee maker) but we figured it out & the coffee beans were delicious. Also, a great grilling area & firepit with comfortable chairs lakeside. Everyone mentioned how comfortable the beds were! 😊 Parking the pontoon at sturdy dock was easy. Fishing & swimming on Round Lake was awesome! While the guys were out, we enjoyed the kayaks, paddle boat. & paddle board. We saw eagles, cranes & loons daily. So much fun! Thanks Ty for the wonderful service!
