Desk check-in staff member, Devon, was exceptional! He handled himself with professionalism and extraordinary self-control in the face of numerous guest checking in and challenges. For the price we paid we expected much more. Rooms were more like standard motels along the highway, not what you would expect from a Hilton. At checkout there was no one around to ask any questions or potentially make reservations at another location.
