"We really were so happy with our choice to stay here. This cottage is adorable, clean, and cozy. It had all the kitchen items we needed/wanted. The bed was comfortable for us (and we are picky!) It's such an easy walk to downtown, even in the snow! We enjoyed the hot tub as the snow fell and the wind howled on Friday afternoon (the tub temp was perfect!) Yes, there is a house right next door, but with the tall privacy fence, it was not a big deal to us at all...even when we were in the hot...

The proximity to the wineries, and especially the Jones von Drehle, which borders the rentals provides entertainment and options for couples needing a break from the stresses of life. Nearby is the town of Elkin, which has nice options for food, wine, breweries, and entertainment. The property owners are communicative and responsive, and very helpful when I left a shirt onsite. I highly recommend these rentals. "
