"Toilet constantly ran,burnt out light in room no ice on our floor, we were on the 9 with ice( not working) right outside the room. Water temp hard to adjust either ice cold or scalding. hard. Hotel has no parking so you pay for valet parking"

"Our room was very clean and spacious. Beds were so comfortable. Staff was friendly, breakfast was good. Nice outdoor patio to enjoy that morning coffee. "

"Wonderful accommodations, pleasant atmosphere. I enjoyed my stay with only a few recommendations. The room temperature was stuffy during the night which made it difficult to sleep. Parking also could be cheaper. Lastly you should be allowed meal vouchers for the amount the room sleeps, not how many booked."
