"Great property overall, highly recommend. The backyard is great for volleyball/badminton/sports and the house is well furnished and modern, though the kitchen is quite small and could use a newer oven/stovetop. Great location, 5 min walk from the beach and shops. This isn't an issue with the house, but just be wary of a grumpy neighbor. Someone made a noise complaint while we were playing volleyball at 5:30pm, on our first day, which is just ridiculous. Luckily, we had no further complaints."
