"Clean , good lobby, good location, restaurants in hotel. Couldn’t go to restaurant for coffee or rest unless I ordered a big buffet. Receptionist and food room service staff kept asking for cash instead of putting expenses on room. It was very odd. After I insisted, they agreed to charge my credit card. "

"The service in this hotel is top notch from the service desk to the restaurant staff on the 18 th floor. The hotel is situated in Hawally which is heavily populated area and also busy. The rooms are big, clean a f have daily service & house cleaning with a daily free bottle of water. One thing I would recommend the hotel to better address their washrooms in terms of getting a better and updated washrooms. They offer a small & nice gym. "Location is between schools, the area is overcrowded in the morning and afternoon, you won’t be able to move your car during these times, and no way you can reach the hotel or find parking if you back home before people leave the school. Rooms made me feel I’m in jail, I asked for twin bed but they gave me single bed. I couldn’t stay for 30 minuets and left without paying. But Expedia gave them my card number and they charged me for cancellation. I will never book a hotel from Expedia ever...
