"Unfortunately we were not offered the two bedroom apartment we had booked, instead we were offered a one bed apartment with a sofa bed. The sofa bed was very hard and not suitable for two people, not even children. We requested a partial refund for this and were assured we were entitled to one but this has not been received. "Lovely location and a lovely apartment with views all across. It is evident there has been attention to detail and amenities are admirable. Even a HDMI cable is there if needed and every room has TV which works great. A great location to visit Lake District. My son had misplaced his crocs so I called the owner as I made my way back to property- he took great care to inform the cleaners to search the property, it was a lovely gesture I thought."

"Wow wow wow! “Boutique apartment” really does some The Rockefellers up of which their outstanding reviews do them justice. Nestled around the back of the main road, the property is sleek, modern, well equipped and drenched in luxury. Easy to get to the local “hotspots” with a banging pizza place 30seconds away on foot. There’s no doubt I’ll be back, thank you so much "

Great hotel

"We stayed for two nights, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was very nice with everything that you could need, great tea tray, lovely toiletries etc. very comfortable bed, good lighting and a nice hot shower. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. Plenty of parking too and in a great location for walking to both Bowness and Windermere. We would definitely stay here again. The only negative issue was a thoughtless guest on our final night who played the TV very loudly and had no regard for other guests."

"The room was unbelievable and the view stunning! Had the most amazing time celebrating my birthday and felt extra special with a glass of Prosecco when we arrived and birthday card in the room. The staff were also really lovely and restaurants food was delish!"
