This cottage has three bedrooms, sleeping four adults and one child and is also equipped with a travel cot, highchair and stairgate. The hallway leads through to the open plan dining room living/dining room with cosy wood burner, where you can while away the hours, with comfortable sofas and a wide selection of books, DVDs & games. The dining area seats six and is perfect for meals with family and friends. The kitchen is a cook’s delight with Rangemaster cooker, a larder fridge/freezer, food processor, dishwasher, microwave and a wide range of utensils and cookware.
Why not enjoy breakfast in the kitchen overlooking the garden? The bathroom has a deep bath and separate shower, with views over the garden, the cathedral and Bishop’s Palace, with Carn Llidi in the distance. The courtyard garden is sheltered, a suntrap in summer and has garden seating, table and BBQ.
With its splendid cathedral dating back to the 12th Century, Bishop’s Palace, dedicated to Wales’s Patron Saint, cafés and local produce, there is plenty to keep you occupied for days of browsing. Don’t miss the country market on a Thursday between April and September.
