The property has a beautiful terrace with a view of Havana and the ocean. It is a perfect location for breakfast with an outdoor dining table and six chairs. The property is spacious with three separate bedrooms, two baths, a modern kitchen, and a very large open space (dining table, work desk, tv, lounge chairs, etc.) The refrigerator was pre-stocked with soda, water, and wine priced at market rates. Each room had a remote controlled A/C. The property included a set of coffee table books (in Spanish) on Cuba

Spacious apartment with a nice terrace
Spacious apartment with a lively terrace. Apartment is comfortably furnished & staff were friendly. The checkin and checkout was easy. We also had breakfast ( on extra payment) at the apartment on two days and sitting on the terrace having well laid out breakfast was a nice expereince. Our overall rating and that for room comfort is a 3 because the A/C in the living room not very effective in cooling the area and the water pressure in the showers was much too low for convenience and we were expecting better for the price paid. There is the Preseidente Hotel nearby to get taxi's and for a wifi hotspot. There are several restaurants within a 10-15 min walk as one goes towards Hotel Mellia Cohiba. We felt safe walking around the neighbourhood of the apartment at all times. Taxi to the Old Town was 7-8 CUC

A little outside the city however worth it
Great location. Clean. Private and comfortable. Requires a $10.00 ride into town well worth the peace you get at the property .

Nice Apartment a little distance from town
Reliable, beautiful once inside. Photos exactly as presented. A bit out of town but great for a group. There were 6 of us. Definitely doable.
