Pésimo, llegamos a la dirección y no había nadie, dijeron que el hospedaje estaba cerrado antes del covid y el dueño estaba en España, nos dejaron 2 noches sin alojamiento y el cobro lo hicieron igual, con esto www.hoteles.com me decepcionó y exijo reembolso
