Cuban flavor with modern conveniences
Delightful B &B ! Very clean, new modern furnishings and yet very historic and whimsically decorated. Safe neighborhood and 8 blocks from capital! Great walking access to the city including plenty of taxis and bike taxis. My only surprise was the “second floor” address, it is EUROPEAN 2nd floor was which is American 3rd floor- no big deal...except the ceilings are 20’ high and the stairs are steep! The bedroom has a spiral staircase to the loft bed. Scary stuff if you get up during the night. The manager, Rolando is a charming Man with very good English and many local resources, only if you ask - he respects your privacy.

1st time in Havana
Go beyond the harsh looking metal door and up the stairs to the 1st floor where the oasis begins. A friendly welcome awaits and a brief orientation is given. Room is compact, but spacious with the bed on a mezzanine floor. Shower is good and a fridge is in the room. Breakfast is freshly cooked and menu changed for second day. More than happy to book return taxi to airport if required.

Perfect place to visit Havana
I went to Havana for couple of days-for short visit. The location is perfect; 5 minutes walking for city center. The area is very safe, the people very friendly. The host are very friendly, very happy to help. Amazing people, you feel like home. And the breakfast...so good. So, totally recomend Havana and “Estancia de Neptuno”.

El corazón de la Habana!!
La ubicación excelente, desayuno variado y muy bueno, los colchones poco confortables, la ducha no funcionó bien, dos días no nos limpiaron la habitación. Mención muy especial para los encargados Cosé y Alex que con su calidez, alegría y muy buena predisposición atendieron y resolvieron cada una de nuestras inquietudes. A ellos, excelentes anfitriones, se los extraña!!

Vi havde betalt dyrt for værelset, dom lå på 2. Sal 54 trin op af en meget smal slidt marmortrappe. En vært som så forundret ud over vores ankomst, selvom hotellet var bestilt for 9 mdr siden. TaxAen til lufthavnen KLM 1/2 time før planlagt kl. 3.30, selvom vi havde diskuteret det mange gange og ville have 5 cuc over den fastlagte pris.

Un très bon accueil avec de bonnes explications pour sortir, proche du malecon pour balade et couché de soleil, proche de restaurant, du vieille Havane et du nouvel Havane. Chambre propre et calme pour une bonne nuit de sommeil.

スタッフは皆親切で部屋も広く、必要最低限のものは揃っている。問題は、夜になると部屋に蚊が大量発生すること。退治してもきりがなく、睡眠不足になりがちとなるため防虫対策は必須。旧市街まで徒歩で行くことができるロケーションでこの価格は破格だと思う。

Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä. Huoneistot oli toisessa kerroksessa ja sinne oli varsin hankala kiivetä pitkiä portaita pitkin. Tosin henkilökunta auttoi matkatavaroiden kantamisessa. Huone jonka saimme oli pieni ja kierreportaat yläkertaan jossa makuualkovi oli oli hankala kulkea. Yleiset tilat olivat varsin siistit ja tilavat
