If you want a great stay - this is the place. Walk to everything. Best restaurants less than 5 min walk. Incredible opera singers on the rooftop restaurant!

Great location, good hotel, rooms are a bit dated, but most things in Cuba are. They did charge $5 for a bottle of water which is far too excessive.

Příjemný pobyt v ikonickém hotelu v Havaně
Hotel má již svojí nejlepší dobu za sebou, ale na podmínky, které na Kubě jsou, bylo vše uspokojující. Pokoj byl prostorný a čistý, jen ne příliš voňavý a vybavení pokoje bylo hodně staré. Nicméně celkový dojem z hotelu byl příjemný, rychlý check-in (ubytovali nás o 4 hodiny dříve), příjemný personál, pěkný velký bazén, zakoupená wifi fungovala výborně a velmi jsme cenili bohatou snídani a živou hudbu při večeři.

Bel hôtel situation parfaite. En revanche l’accueil est froid, le personnel discute entre eux au lieu de venir à l’accueil alors que j’attends. Les femmes de ménages parlent forts dans les couloirs qui résonnent, la musique est mise à fond. Petite préférence pour la dame du bar de la Piscine, je n’ai pas vu une seule fois son sourire en 4 jours passés sur place! Par contre pour vous inciter à consommer ..... TRÈS TRÈS MAUVAISE CONEXION WIFI

El servicio de recepción no son amables y no te ayudan, además tenía un amigo cubano que entró al hotel para tomar algo conmigo y el trato fue súper irrespetuoso diciendo que no era seguro entrar al hotel con alguien local.... cuando solo íbamos a tomar algo.... Servicio decepcionante, hipócrita e impersonal. el último sitio al Que volvería jamás en La Habana. El trato del personal es horrible.

Gammelt og ærverdig hotell midt i Old Havana. Hotellet er fra tidlig 1900-tall og trenger litt oppgradering. Greie fasiliteter med basseng, to barer og en restaurant i toppetasjen med meget god utsikt over hele Havana. Meget sentral plassering i nærheten av hovedgate og andre hotell. Er en stor fordel å snakke litt spansk, da hotellresepsjonen ikke snakket særlig godt engelsk (ikke prøvde de noe ærlig heller).
