街歩きするならロケーションは良い。近くにコンビニ等は無く、深夜到着予定の場合は事前に食料を準備すること。朝食は付けておいた方が良い。眺めの良い会場で食事ができる。料理にハエが付いていたが、場所柄仕方ない。 フロントでビール・コーラ・ミネラルウォーターが買える。ホテル紹介ページにあるようなバーは営業していない。部屋にドライヤー・ケトルは無い。海外旅行用のドライヤーとケトルが非常に役に立った。スーパーマーケットも無いので、インスタントコーヒーやお茶、シャンプーや歯ブラシ等のアメニティも日本から持参したほうが良い。 通りに面した部屋ならハバナの路地裏の雰囲気を味わえるが、隣のビルに面した部屋だとビルの壁しか見えない。 なお、シャワーのお湯がほとんど出ず、滞在中は水シャワーだった。昼間天気が良い日は、夕方頃ぬるいお湯が出たが、それ以外は水だった。 チェックインは24時間可能で、フロントに人がいるが、深夜は入口に鍵が掛かっている。ガラス戸をノックすれば中から開けてくれるが、チェックイン時刻は予約時に伝えておくと良い。出発は早朝だったがホテル前からタクシーに乗れた。 キューバは海外旅行者用の通貨CUCを使うのがメインになる。街のATMでもキャッシングできるが、空港到着時に余裕を持って両替しておいたほうが良い。インターネット環境は携帯電話会社の海外ローミングを使えば、3Gではあるが通信可能。wifiスポットまでわざわざ行く必要はない。

ハバナ到着日（深夜）とハバナ最終日（早朝）の２度宿泊した。 同じ値段なのに随分と違ったので今後宿泊する人のために警告したい。 最初は２階に泊まった。 お湯も出て冷蔵庫もあって、泊まるだけなら我慢出来る範囲だった。 ２回目は１階だった。 カビ臭く、冷蔵庫も無く、お湯も１０分以上出しっぱなしでようやく出た。 全く泊まる価値を感じ無いが、カピトリオに近い立地は唯一評価出来た。

Geen warm water ,vies, airco met de herrie van een dieseltrein, geplaatst aan de muur NAAST het hoofdeind van het bed!Vermijd dit hotel!
