Everything was amazing. It was a nice Cuba apartment . It was definitely hard to find the first day . But other than that amazing . The water view is amazing . Everyone there was amazing and nice the whole stay . They even helped us with taxis and using their phones. The WiFi Service is crap . Don’t depend on it .

No water pressure, no hot water, table lamp wire short, I got shocked. I could be killed. No english speaking staff, cleanliness poor, furniture old, lot of mold. If you need pictures, I can provide.

The property was clearly not as advertised in the pictures. Maybe the pictures were old, but the rooms bathrooms and pool were clearly in need of repair. The electrical cord on the air conditioner was pulled out. The bathroom toilets and shower or not clean. The bed sheets and comfort were wet because of humidity and the lack of air conditioning. Overall, I would never rent a casa particular or any similar room ever again.

Upon checking in, they did not know the room they were going to give me. ITS A CENTRAL HOUSE WITH 4 rooms, sharing common areas, which one I was unaware of. The owners phone number posted on the site was disconnected. The shower water pressure was dripping. The sheets made me itch. Location is good, amenities are horrible.

Solo me gusto la buena predisposición del personal y la ubicación. No me gusto que estaba sucio, no tenia agua caliente, ni agua a presión. No andaba el wifi. NO HABIA DESAYUNO, lo que se prometía en la reserva. No teníamos libertad para entrar y salir sin avisar al personal.

The Habana Vista Outhouse would be a better name.
To be fair it does have a great view and a reasonably nice pool. What it doesn't say is all the things it really doesn't have. Like hot water - or water in general. Bathrooms are atrocious. AC is really bad - either all on or all off and only one room. There is no food, no coffee, no water, no glasses, no INTERNET what-so-ever and the list goes on and on. No one speaks a word of English and the key system and elevator are down right scary. It's also way away from popular places. Don't stay here...

The pool is nothing like the picture it was cloudy and greenish color. There was no tv or radio. The bathroom toilet was closet and nothing went down and a cap came off the the bathroom was flooding. Then the sink was clogged and the water wouldnt go down. And there were huge water bugs. Definately wasnt a penthouse as described. It was just a room upstairs from someones apt.

The place is not a hotel, the doors don’t lock from inside the room, the shower is old the toilet doesn’t flush, the pool is dirty, and there is no WiFi I left the place, and walked 5 blocks to find a new place to stay, where I felt secure, safe

La vue est fantastique, le reste est correct...
Si vous acceptez de séjourner dans un appartement un peu désuet (voir même vétuste sur certains points: piscine, carrelages, tentures,...) vous découvrirez une vue de La Havane depuis la Malécon à couper le souffle. La chambre était propre, la salle de bain également, le tout assez correct pour La Havane mais ne vous attendez pas à un palace. L'accueil était par contre charmant. La piscine est bien évidemment extraordinaire de par sa localisation mais son état est assez dégradé au point de se demander si la qualité de l'eau est suffisamment correcte... Nous nous y sommes baignés car l'expérience est fantastique mais si elle avait été située sur le plancher des vaches nous n'y aurions pas été. Bref expérience à faire pour une nuit ou deux.
