Excellent overall. Located in a prime tourist location. Safe. Many neighboring restaurants. Most popular restaurant La Vitrola immediately underneath with live local music 9:00AM to 12:00AM. Semi private patio that overlooks the Old Plaza. Very helpful staff. Bilingual English/Spanish. Receptionist Rohelio was very helpful. He deserves a pay raise.

Great hotel in a great location in Old Havana
Wonderful hotel with a great location in Old Havana. From the rooftop terrace you have a really nice view of Plaza Vieja - one of the most lively squares in the area. You can hear live music from the streets and get a really good sense of the city vibes of Havana. The staff at El Conde de Ricla is super friendly and helpful and we enjoyed every minute of our stay there. Would recommend this place at anytime if you need a nice and relaxing stay in Havana.
