Leider hat die Inhaberin der Casa unsere Reservierung verschlampt und wir standen nachts um 22.00 Uhr ohne Zimmer in Havanna. Nach mehrmaligen Versuchen und mit Taxifahrten mit der Vermieterin bei Verwandten, kein Zimmer frei gewesen. Genervt und nach 8 Std. Bustransfer haben wir um ca. 23.00 Uhr verärgert entschlossen, uns selbst ein Hotel zu suchen. Nach über einer weiteren Std. haben wir endlich eine Casa durch Mitarbeit des netten Taxifahrers bekommen. Casa Venegas Habanavermieterin hat sich nicht mal entschuldigt, ich möchte mein Geld hierfür zurück. Keinen Cent hat sie an Taxi bezahlt, obwohl sie 1 Std. lang mitgefahren ist zu ihren Verwandten. Wir waren sehr sehr verärgert und genervt und haben Taxikosten und teures Hotel zusätzlich bezahlen müssen.
