A great Casa in the heart of old Havana. Within easy walking distance to the historic centre, the rooms are spacious and clean. We felt completely at ease and slept well before enjoying the generous and fresh breakfast!

I can't express enough how satisfied we were with our stay here. The mom and her son was extremely friendly and helpful in any situation. They provided us amazing breakfast every morning, booked a daytrip to Vinales with a very good driver and guide, if we needed help with anything they know a lot of reliable people, which made our trip very safe. We also happened to get food poisoning, and they gave us medication and did everything they could to make us comfortable. They were really genuine people and we feel very greatful that we stayed in this place and got to know real cubans. Highly recommend staying here than in a hotel, you will have a whole other experience.

Reisa was a great host. Her casa particular is nice, clean, and in a great location in Havana Veja. She was extremely friendly and helpful, and her home really shows how much she cares for her guests. Highly recommended!

The hostess was the most caring and friendly person we’ve met in Havana. She was so kind and helpful, whether with a transportation to Varadero or helping out with a sim card, she was such an angel. I would definitely recommend this place.

Obwohl wir nur eine Nacht in dieser Unterkunft verbracht haben, waren wir absolut begeistert. Nach unserer anstrengenden Reise wurden wir von der Gastgeberin und ihrem Sohn extrem freundlich empfangen, sodass wir sofort unseren Reise-Stress vergessen konnten. Sie waren sehr zuvorkommend und haben uns alle Informationen gegeben, die wir brauchten. Außerdem haben sie für uns günstige Taxis organisiert und uns einen fairen Wechselkurs angeboten. Die Unterkunft ist liebevoll und herzlich eingerichtet, und wir haben uns bei der Gastfamilie sofort wohl gefühlt. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt war, dass die Zimmer etwas stickig waren und die Klimaanlage abends ein wenig laut war. Für den Preis waren wir jedoch sehr zufrieden und können die Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

Durante il nostro soggiorno a Casa Manrique, siamo rimasti colpiti dall'autenticità e dal fascino di questa sistemazione nel cuore di Centro Habana. La casa si presenta esattamente come nelle foto: ben curata e accogliente, con un'atmosfera tipica che rende il soggiorno davvero speciale. La padrona di casa, Reysa, è stata eccezionale. Sempre gentile e disponibile, ci ha fornito assistenza in ogni momento, facendoci sentire come a casa. La sua ospitalità ha sicuramente arricchito la nostra esperienza a L'Avana. La colazione offerta è stata deliziosa e abbondante, perfetta per iniziare le nostre giornate di esplorazione. Struttura e Comfort Una delle caratteristiche più apprezzabili di Casa Manrique sono i soffitti delle stanze, estremamente alti, che rendono gli ambienti molto freschi e confortevoli. Questo aspetto è particolarmente gradito, soprattutto considerando il clima caldo di L'Avana. Le camere sono spaziose e ben tenute, offrendo un ottimo rifugio dopo una giornata passata in città.Il quartiere di Centro Habana, nonostante il suo aspetto un po' vissuto, si è rivelato una scelta eccellente per il nostro soggiorno. La posizione è ideale per chi desidera esplorare L'Avana: il centro è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi, così come il lungomare, dove è possibile godere di una piacevole passeggiata con vista sull'oceano. La vivacità del quartiere aggiunge un tocco autentico alla nostra esperienza cubana.
