The location of the accommodation is great for exploring old Havana and all the main sights in the old centre on foot. The room was nice and even had a balcony. The cleanliness was fine. It should be mentioned that the hostess was very accommodating on the day of our departure. As the next guests would arrive very late in the evening, we were allowed to keep the keys until our flight and could therefore freshen up briefly before departure.

The main thing I appreciated about this property was the friendliness and attentiveness of the owners. On top of that, the married couple that own the property both speak very good English. In addition, the husband (sorry, can't remember his name) owns a car (rare in Cuba!) and can drive you somewhere if you need that. The facility is centrally located in Old Havana and the cost of staying there is very reasonable (read...very cheap!). The one drawback for me as a senior was all the stairs I had to climb to get up to the property. For any traveller who's never been to Cuba the neighbourhood will appear to be a slum. Yes, Cuba is poor but it's also very safe. The poverty of Cuba should not deter you from visiting. Casa La Muralla 358 gives adventurous tourists a chance to see, and briefly experience, the "real Cuba". Despite those stairs, I give this property two enthusiastic thumbs up.

Leider kein wifi. Für kubanische Verhältnisse und den Preis eine super Übernachtungsmöglichkeit. Die Altstadt von Havanna ist oft sehr dunkel und schmutzig, so auch in dieser Straße. Man fühlte sich aber nicht unsicher. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.

居心地の良い宿
オーナーは大変親切で、観光に関する私たちの要望に十分応えてくださいました。 部屋は広く、共用スペースも利用できるので助かりました。 朝食は大変美味しく、ボリューム満点でした。 チェックアウト後も荷物を預かってくださり、助かりました。 ４階（？）に部屋があるのですが、エレベーターがないので、重たい荷物を持って上がるのは少々大変です。

Very helpful host
Yailen was so helpful during our visit. She speaks English fluently so we didn't have any communication issue. Her family was so welcoming and helped us to make a reservation for taxi and to exchange the money. Her recommended restaurant was awesome, it was reasonable and very delicious. I felt so bad for them because my child didn't sleep until late due to jet lag.. :( We could not make this trip without their help. I definitely recommend this place for staying.
