The Casa is run by a very friendly and helpful family who made us feel very welcome. The meals were excellent and very good value. While the neighbourhood is rough looking, we never felt unsafe. Very close to the Prada, the Malecon and other touristy stuff. Loved our stay!

Yadilis and Yoel and their team are probably some of the kindest people in the world let alone Cuba. I arrived on my own and instantly felt safe, welcome, and they went to the trouble of going through the map of Havana with me, restaurants, museums, architecture, fun, and then told me tricks like how to change money and get taxis etc. they could not have been more kind or more helpful. i instantly relaxed and had the best time in Havana. Their house has the best roof terrace and breakfast on it was sensational- i soooo recommend staying there. You will love it.

Lovely casa, wonderful hosts!
Yadilis and Yoel were wonderful hosts. We got to meet a few other family members, as well. Breakfast was delightful, on the rooftop terrace, with a cool breeze and view of the fascinating balconies and rooftops of Havana. Our room had bottled water, great air-con, the best shower we have experienced in Cuba (hot water! great water pressure!). Our hosts recommended restaurants, got us connect to wifi (using a local pre-pay card which was inexpensive), and booked a cab at the standard rate back to the airport. The apartment is a few block from the Malecon and within an easy walk to many sights.

I booked this because it was highly recommended by others and it turned to be even better than I thought. The room was quiet and spacious with ac and bed was comfortable. The hosts Yadilis and Yoel and Jr were extremely helpful, accommodating and friendly. We had a chat every day after our outing. We always had breakfast in the casa and everyday it was a little different experience. We also had two dinners there with traditional Cuban food and one with a feast of lobsters. It was all delicious. The casa is in central Havana, it’s very close to many attractions like malecón and Prada avenue etc. it’s a good location with typical Havana neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again in the future if we visit again and recommend it highly to anyone.

Host molto amichevoli, ottima sistemazione in ampia camera con aria condizionata e cassaforte. Colazione ottima con frutta fresca tropicale, oltre a caffè, succo, pane ecc.. Die Unterkunft selbst liegt in einem typischen Wohnviertel. Wirkt auf uns zunächst heruntergekommen und schmutzig. Trotzdem kann man sich sicher bewegen und die Nähe zum Prado ist super zentral für alle Ausflüge in der Stadt. Die Cassa selbst ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Betten sind bestens. Die Zimmer liegen ruhig zum Innenhof und verfügen über AC. Das Frühstück ist einfach klasse! Aber am besten sind das Gastgeberehepaar und ihre Beschäftigten, die alle super nett und hilfsbereit sind, alle Informationen über die Stadt kennen und das wichtigste für Gäste kompakt weitergeben. Wir sind sehr froh bei Yadilis und Yoel untergekommen zu sein!

Vi bodde här en natt och kan varmt rekommendera. De hjälpte oss att fixa taxi från Varadero där vi befann oss när vi bokade samt hjälp till flygplatsen. Vi kunde även förvara våra väskor efter utcheckning tills vi åkte till flygplatsen. Ligger centralt i Havana med närhet till det mesta. God frukost dessutom.

Abbiamo passato 3 notti da Yoel a l'Habana e non potevamo capitare in un posto migliore. La camera era confortevole e molto pulita. La terrazza poi è stata la ciliegina sulla torta. Posizione perfetta a 2 passi dal centro e dal Malecon. Yoel e il suo staff sono stati molto disponibili e pronti ad aiutarci in ogni nostra necessità 24h su 24. Super-consigliato!!

Die Casa von Yadilis und Yoel ist sehr empfehlenswert, das angebotene Frühstück für 5 € pro Person ist reichhaltig und mit Liebe zubereitet. Man fühlt sich wie bei Freunden, die immer an das Wohl der Gäste denken. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt verlängert und waren sehr zufrieden. Die sehr sauberen Zimmer bieten allen Komfort, sie sind ruhig, haben gute Matratzen und Betten und sind mit Klimaanlage, Van und Tresor ausgestattet Die fußläufige Nähe zu Havanna Vieja, zum Capitol und zum Hotel Inglaterra ist perfekt, um das Zentrum zu erkunden. Hervorzuheben ist die wunderbare Dachterrasse, wo auch das Frühstück serviert wird. Herzlichen Dank an Yoel und sein tolles Team von Brigitte und Klaus
