The staff helped me every step of the way
It was great for a short term stay. Location is just outside Old Havana near the restaurant La Guarida, so it's a bit of a walk everywhere else. But with the value, I can't complain. My actual accommodation was across the main property in a dilapidated building and the condition is a bit old but sufficient.

The owner is a terrible person!
The owner is a terrible person. I have never seen such an arrogant, unfriendly and disrespectful person like him. On my first day, I was talking to a woman in the lobby, then the owner came and told me to leave. When I spoke to the employees, he immediately came over and intervened. There was no water in my bathroom and I told the owner, then he asked me if I knew how to use a shower. Who do you actually think you are? Without us tourists you would starve! This man is definitely a reason not to book this accommodation!

Ammattimainen ote, vaikka tervetulosähköposti toikin hieman epävarmuutta mutta kaikki toimi hienosti. Miinusta siitä, että WiFi ei toimi huoneessa ollenkaan, vaan pelkästään vastaanoton yhteydessä olevassa aulassa. Se myös maksoi dollarin/euron per päivä. Plussaa siitä, että huoneistoon oli helppoa tuoda myös muita vieraita, koska sisäänkäynti oli erillinen (joskin hyvin arveluttavan näköinen). Ilmastointi toimi hyvin, ikkunoita ei huoneessa ollut ollenkaan. Ihan ok ja etenkin hintaansa nähden varsin toimiva kokonaisuus.
