"Modern hotel. Our fault for not checking, but unusual not to have kettle/coffee maker or a safe in the room. Good central location, especially if you use the cut through at the side of the station."

"Can't give 5stars as receptionist said No your name is not on the list tonight, thankfully after showing my confirmation email he managed to find me on the system. If you're English like me, there's no kettle in the room to make hot drinks. There was a dispensing machine in the lobby but it was broken on my visit. It's cheap and cheerful, 2 minutes off the ring road, subway station is 10 mins walk away to city centre. And a Lidl literally over the road."

"Staff went above and beyond, the property is upscale and immaculate and exceeded our expectations. The hotel breakfast was worth the added cost and gave us a good start for our two days of shopping the Lille market."
