Access by cable car in winter with luggage transport by snowmobile provided by the owners to the gîte or 400m of passable dirt road in summer. Arrivals possible from 3 p.m. and departures at 9 a.m. 1st + 2nd floors: living room-kitchen-lounge, 3 bedrooms (double beds), one of which does not open to the outside and 2 with private bathroom (shower), mezzanine (4 single beds). Shower room (shower and WC), separate WC. Private balcony. Total surface area of the gîte on the ground: 105m² including attic areas. Shared natural land (2000m²) with shared above-ground swimming pool and pétanque court. Additional daily services payable on request: cleaning / linen change / breakfast / bread delivery. Grocery ordering and delivery service. 18th century alpine farm steeped in history located in the heart of nature on the slopes of Hauteluce/Contamines-Monjoie at the foot of Mt-Blanc. South-facing slope. Splendid preserved natural setting on the edge of meadows and forests in the heart of the alpine pasture. Very quiet. Good comfort. Warm mountain character. Pleasant landscaped grounds with swimming pool and pétanque court. Superb panorama of the massif. Skiing Hauteluce-Val-Joly/Contamines-Montjoie on site. Cross-country skiing Les Saisies 15 km. Swimming pool 15 km. Shops in Hauteluce (11 km)
