"This is an old property, so you have to keep that in mind when you arrive. Whoever owns this has done a good job of keep up on the maintenance and repairs. There were a few issues, but when I addressed them with the front desk, she made a quick note of each and let me know that winter maintenance was due to be there the following week and would address each. None of the issues affected the comfort or convenience of our stay. "

"Cool place, really Vintage cabins, early 60s. Tiny, cozy, the way lodging used to be. Very clean. Some upgrades over the years, but still a throwback. I would stay again. "

"My husband and I stayed here a full week in the end of September to the beginning of October. We met the owner. She was friendly and warm. The apartment was beautiful! We enjoyed having a full kitchen. The bed was comfortable and the place was very cozy and very clean. You wouldn’t know you were below the main house. The owner was very quiet. The dogs and chickens were adorable! There is gated parking behind the house. We will definitely stay here the next time we visit Superior!"

"I was so impressed with this beautiful paradise on the river. To say I'm paranoid about staying at places away from home is an understatement. Well, Tamara put ALL my anxiousness at ease. Everything about our stay there was exceptional. What a great place to get away from all the hustle and bustle of our day to day home and work activities. Unplugged from everything (pretty much). My kids were thrilled at all the board games that were provided. I can't even count how many different games they played. Mind you, these are adult children. Loved going down to the river and having my morning coffee and having some alone/quiet time, listening to the relaxing sounds of the river and watching chipmunks forage for their food. Needless to say, everything was PERFECT! Tip top shape; well kept; extremely clean; and everything you could need was basically provided already. Tamara has gone above and beyond to make this YURT the place to go for any getaway. I can't wait for my next trip there!"
