First room we were given, the door lock would not work. Second room shower and bathroom were dirty. Stain on bed. All the outside entrances were open to public, anyone could walk in, and several people walking hallways or hanging out in stairwell. Breakfast bar was good if you like toast and or cereal. No other options.

We waited for quite some time for someone to come to the front desk to check us in and that was only after one of her friends who was in the lobby tracked her down. Kissafur finally came in but couldn’t get behind the desk because she lost her keys. When we did finally get check in and headed to the room, we immediately noticed how dirty the floor was. There were brown/red smudges on the wall and mildew all around the shower caulking. The smoke detector had no batteries and the sprinkler was covered in tape. We were on the 2nd floor. It was late and we had no choice but to stay but will not be back. Do better! The ratings were very misleading.

The room we booked smelled like cigarettes so bad, it was impossible to breath, the pillows were flat and dingy, the counters had red stains all over them. After asking for a different room we were informed that there were no other vacancies and we were stuck with what we had. We decided to drive two more hours to Mobile to get a hotel. How this hotel could have three stars is beyond me! My daughter’s room was not even clean, dirty towels in bathroom and messed up bed. At least they got there money back, I had to eat the $122 dollars, because I paid for mine ahead of time. We will never stay at another Days Inn. Why Expedia would even have this hotel on their list is beyond me!

Front desk help were friendly and the room was clean but the hotel was in ill disrepair, there were vagrants sleeping in the laundry room and the vents in the air conditioners were not clean and made the room smell stale. On the last day of our stay, we were getting ready to check out and the cleaning staff just walked in without knocking and yelled at us that check out was at 11 and walked back out and shut the door. It was only 10:15. I told the front desk and all they said was, I'm sorry, I'll talk to them. Not happy with our stay here at all. I took pictures to show the dirty air vents from the air conditioner but this app won't let me post the pictures.

Bad experience. Stay somewhere else.
Gave us a room that was occupied. Had no other 1st floor rooms. No elevator to 2nd floor. Can’t do stairs. Asked to use restroom in lobby. Was told there was water leak and not accessible. Couldn’t refund since booked via Hotels.com. Drove on and found another hotel. Never stay at this Days Inn in Hattiesburg.

The counters, toilet and shower all had gross stains. The walls (especially behind the bathroom door) were dirty. The fridge in the room had so much ice built up in the freezer that the door would not shut so it wasn’t usable. The sheets on the bed were clean which is the only reason that we stayed. Well that and there were no other rooms available in the town and we had driven all day. The hallways wreaked of weed. I couldn’t get in the front door to check in even though the guy behind the desk told me to come in. The back door by the parking lot had a key card entry but I literally just pulled and it opened. No elevator. When we checked out there was no one at the desk. We waited but they never came so we left our key (which quit working after 11PM) on the front desk. All in all, we felt unsafe and dirty and won’t be back.

This is terrible. I booked the room on expedia. I got there the room is filthy, disgusting. Rust was all in the refrigerator and it didn’t work. The TV didn’t work also, the staff wasn’t able to get it to work either. I immediately checked out and ask for a refund, the staff told me to go through expedia to get the refund but when I contacted expedia and advise them that the staff told them to call the hotel and they will explain and agree to refunding my money but no one will answer the phone after calling several times. This is ridiculous. So I am here without a room and without a refund. Terrible experience.
