2 bedrooms (1 queen/two twins) and 2 bathrooms. Enjoy easy access to the ocean for swimming, surfing, fishing or just relaxing. All linens/towels are provided and beds are made up for your arrival. Amazing cottage
The listing was perfect! The cottage was very very clean. The screened in porch was awesome for family meals. The communication with the owner was always quick. The location was only a few minutes walk to the beach. Highly recommend Harbor house seafood.

Our favorite place to stay in Hatteras Village
This cottage has it all - location, great layout and fully stocked with everything you could ask for in a vacation rental. It is literally steps to one of the greatest beaches in the world, in a quiet residential neighborhood but just moments away from the center of the village, walking distance to the Graveyard of the Atlantic Museum, the Ocrakoke Ferry, shops and marinas. Always spotless and well kept.

Nice cottage close to the beach!
My wife and I stayed here 3 nights and really enjoyed it! The cottage was really clean and had everything we needed, also just a short walk to the beach. The host was very friendly and communication was great. If we are back in the area we definitely will stay here again!

Great place with a great location
Perfect for my wife and I to get out of town. Home is nice and just feet from the beach access. Great restaurants in Hatteras and plenty to do. Nice quiet beach when we were there after Labor Day.

We loved the cottage by the ocean! It was our first time and we were not disappointed! The house was clean, close to the beach and very comfortable! The host was very responsive when the toilet handle broke! My only suggestion would be is to bring your own beach umbrella! But a wonderful stay- we will be back!!

Seasider cottage is perfect!
What an adorable cottage!!! Really well appointed and just steps to the beach. Quiet neighborhood, no traffic. One of the best rentals weve had in Hatteras Village.

Perfect place
It was our first time down in OBX, and Hatteras is the place to be if you love the calm and quiet enjoyment of a small fishing town. Awesome restaurants, shopping and the ferry to Ocracoke are all walking distance from the house. Most importantly, you can walk to the beach. There is a beautiful natural pathway to the beach. Just know that if you struggle with walking, the hill down to the beach might be difficult to navigate since there are no stairs. The house is the perfect size and very clean. There is a shower outside; along with two inside. There is also a closet outside filled with some sand toys, a boogie and skim board and a few other beach essentials. They also have a charcoal grill. We are excited to stay at this wonderful gem next year!

Great little get away
Cottage was very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. Our vacation was cut short due to a death in the family and our host was so very gracious and kind when we had to leave early. We were refunded the days we couldn't stay. That was such a kind gesture! We would definitely stay again.

Wonderful Weekend
By far one of the best properties we've stayed in on the Outer Banks from Carova to Ocracoke. So clean and the kitchen actually does have everything to cook or bake something. And the queen bed most comfy bed even better than hotels! Would highly recommend to anyone! Really enjoyed our long weekend and will keep this place in mind for another visit south. Thank you so much for a great stay!

One house away from beach access, which made it very convenient. The house was clean, kitchen well stocked, lots of books, games. Awesome deck with a screened in area. My daughter used the outdoor shower daily. Would definitely stay here again!

This house/rental was better than we could have ever expected! The pictures on the listing do not do it justice. It is a very nice house located right in front of the private beach access for that street. We forgot our beach chairs but luckily the house had several different chairs, boogie boards, floats, skim boards, and more. The kitchen was very well equipped as well. Overall, we were extremely pleased and would absolutely stay here again.

Katie was a wonderful host! House was perfect for our family. Location was great and close to beach access and amazing restaurants. I would just suggest bringing bug spray for the mosquitoes under the porch.
