"My 3 nights were great, very comfortable and clean! The staff were fantastic and helpful! Breakfast quality was good and tasty. My only issue was my automatic blackout curtain wasn’t working, I called the front desk and they sent a tech out to fix it immediately. Not their fault, these things happen and need to be reset. I will be back when in area again. "

"I had an excellent stay at Rugs Hotel Augsburg. Due to a convention going on in Munich, and drastically upcharged hotel rooms, I decided to stay in Augsburg and commute to Munich by train on the days I wanted. The train was only 30 minutes from Augsburg to Munich. The Rugs Hotel is located right next to Augsburg HBF so it was easy to hop on and off of the train and walk to the hotel. The place was clean, quiet and comfortable. Absolutely no complaints."
