Service is very good, food is delicious, front row lodges don’t have chiller in the swimming pool so water can get very warm if you are traveling in hotter season (we were in October). "This resort is a wonderful place to getaway from the city noise it’s surrounded with mountains and the landscape is amazing, divided villas with private entrance very spacious with a balcony overlooking the mountains, food options is excellent and I liked their archery bow & arrow activity. Not much to do on the surrounding area and it is about 90 min drive from Dubai. "

"Our stay is amazing! Staff are very friendly and service is great. The facilities are all great. I just think a bit overpriced but the stay around this environment tops it off. With the price I think some improvement needed on items available in the dome eg. Bbq materials, first aid kit, slippers, comb etc. Some info materials on the risks around the area and how to do first aid, what to do? who to call? Emergency numbers etc. We’ve found the Arabian Fat tail scorpion, it was fun! But it would be great to have booklet for awareness on what risks around with all the activities. "
